What challenges were faced while developing and implementing this initiative?

We faced challenges in meeting the mandate for non-instructional staff hours.

Staff growth and wellbing; collaboration; relationship-building; new skill sets in wellness; a better understanding of the diverse ways that each staff member personalizes wellness.
